AWS Increases VPC Route Table Limit from 50 to 500 AWS has raised the default limit of VPC route entries per route table from 50 to 500, now available automatically across all AWS Regions, including GovCloud. This update removes the need for manual quota increases and helps customers scale network architectures efficiently by supporting more routing rules for firewalls, gateways, and peering. Accounts without custom overrides receive this boost by default, while existing overrides remain unchanged.
